Startup Leads Retail DX Demonstration at Seibu Shibuya Store
Startup ROUTE06 (ROUTE Six, Shibuya, Tokyo) worked with Sogo & Seibu to design a new type of store system that opened at the Seibu Shibuya store (Shibuya, Tokyo), using QR codes and artificial intelligence (AI) cameras and no store staff to serve customers. The goal is to have a startup SIer (system integrator) lead the digital transformation (DX) of the retail industry.
