Ruby is a programming language used by companies like GitHub, Shopify, and Airbnb, often in conjunction with the Ruby on Rails framework. RubyKaigi is the world’s largest international conference dedicated to discussing the future of Ruby. This year, RubyKaigi will take place at the Naha Arts Theater in Naha City, Okinawa, with Ruby’s creator, Yukihiro Matsumoto, delivering the keynote speech.
At ROUTE06, Ruby is used in the development of applications for the Plain enterprise API platform. Additionally, several ROUTE06 team members began their programming journeys with Ruby and are now active as software engineers.
ROUTE06 will continue to support the development of the engineering community.
