We have set the conference theme for 2023 as "That resolve will change the world". In considering this year's theme, we looked for clues from last year's participant survey. Today, PM is more widely recognized than when we started the conference, and many people who have become PMs said that it is good to hear real voices based on real experiences and to learn about examples from a wide variety of companies. On the other hand, with the increase in the number of excellent books and the closing of the information gap on PM, many participants said, "There were many things that I already know and have already taken measures for.
